the powersupply is probly not the problem, it should have more than enough power for your system, ive got a 8800 GTX and a P4 and high end mobo, on a 550W powersuupply, but it can struggle with 4 ram sticks in, and starts to smelland burn

Have you tried resetting the bios?
the voltage can go up to 1.5 volts but there isnt much point, as it will run alot hotter with increased voltage.
have you tried overclocking with just the normall voltage?
it could be the ram being overclocked aswell, but it shouldent cause a problem.


Im not to sure on this one, try different things like a spare GFX card(dont go buying anything), withought the hard drive etc.....
