Question
Overclocking CPU and Voltage?

I just completed a new build in the past month. It seems that my system is now stable and I want to do a little over clocking. I only have plans for now to oc my CPU. My system specs are below but my 9800GTX XXX is already oc a little out of the box. I really have no interest in messing with the timing or speed of my RAM at this point. Current timing 5-5-5-15. I have clocked my E8400 wolfdale 3.2 and have not had any issues. I have read many articles and posts on the net and see that I should have no problem oc upwards of 4.0 on air. I plan on staying a little conservative for now and stepping up slowly to about 3.8

I guess my main question is when should I mess with the voltage? Should I step it up .1 or .2 and see how it effects system stability?

Thanks
