There has been a confirmed virus being sent with CNN headlines snopes.com: CNN / MSNBC Alert Virus Massive faux-CNN spam blitz uses legit sites to deliver fake Flash
I've spotted it a few times, its a poor spoof the addresses don't look anything like the real thing so its pretty easy to spot. Another member posted a video that showed what happened when you click the links. It gives you an active x download for a flash upgrade (or something else) even in FF.
edit: not sure how you couldn't find anything online about this, I searched "cnn virus" and got a ton of hits
