Hi,

I had the exact same problem and found that you have to run .net framework in 32bit mode, not 64bit. Once you have done this (Instructions Link Below) all should work fine.

How to switch between the 32-bit versions of ASP.NET 1.1 and the 64-bit version of ASP.NET 2.0 on a 64-bit version of Windows
