The card is SAPPHIRE RADEON X1950 Pro (AGP)

I want to put it in a sony pcv-rz504.

I'm not quite sure what it all means on the current psu so I need some help with that. Its a Delta Electronics Model DPS-350RB A.

I would take a picture but its too small to focus on.
