Welcome to TIMO, first off don't ever d/l a program just because you get a pop-up telling you to. That was your biggest mistake! Second the removal info for similar programs like AV 2008 IEAV.exe ect has been posted several times and should apply to this rouge spyware as well.

Run hijackthis, paste your log file here HijackThis Logfileauswertung remove anything it says is nasty. For IE AV and AV 2008 specifically try SmitFraudFix its know to fix that particular bug
