The weather changes every day.

The Climate changes too.

I posted this in your other thread, Scott.

I think all of the volcanoes on this planet pollute more than we do.

I have no problem with reducing emissions, but when they are trying to force the carbon credits system that really just goes to the pockets of the climate change people, that’s when it gets too far.

I would like to point something out to you, Scott.

1970’s “The earth is getting cooler, global cooling”
1990’s “The earth is getting hotter, global warming”
2000’s “Record winters, record summers, CLIMATE CHANGE”

Climate change is how they are covering all of their bases, before they had the problem where a record winter would hurt the argument of global warming, and a record summer would hurt any arguments about global cooling.

Now, they can just say climate change and they have everything covered.

Yes, we have climate change, just like the weather changes. Remember the earth is not in an isolated test tube, it is in a very violent universe, in orbit of a star that has over three hundred thousand times the mass of our little earth, I think the entire solarsystem has it's own weather as well and it probably affects us, and it obviously completely out of our control.

The fact that is our planet is actually quite peaceful when compared to the rest of the solarsystem.

Remember when the continents split up? Climate changed caused that too, but it obviously wasn't the pollution from our cars that caused it, and what about all of the "ice ages"? That's climate change too, but not of our doing.

So yes, I believe in Climate change.

Does man have an impact on it? Maybe.

By 0.001%.

Can we do something about Climate change in general? Not really.

Maybe when al-gore invents the anti-hurricane device we might just be able to affect climate change.

Even Carlin agrees.
