so out of the MILLIONS of cards from Powercolor & ATI out there over the years, this one or two bad experiences is enough to justify never buying a card from them again?
sorry to say, I've never had any problems with any ATI card I've owned in the last 10+ years, only issues were driver related. in fact I have a couple older ATI cards that are still ticking.
