Yea man I've been using ATI cards for a while (maybe 4 years), I just tried Powercolor and well, it may just be your card. In my case this time, it was just some stupid thing I overlooked and I feel like an idiot. Oh well, at least I know the problem, imagining you putting a mcdonalds toy on your mobo is making me laugh though.
