If your a computer administrator then (or have administrative rights) on that machine you may be able to uninstall it through the add/remove programs section, but a program like that may require a password or something to uninstall. In that case if your the computer administrator then you can search for running services, etc. that look suspicious or run a spyware removal prgram (that may pick it up)...
