Do you have a specific need for running a server and AD in your home? Otherwise, your "Domain" is WAY too small for the overhead of your network. Work groups are ideal upto 10-12 computers and then you move to a domain to reduce overall work load.

You should really try to diagram some of this because most of what you have in written form does nothing for your network design without details on how devices are connected. I have a feeling your design has some serious flaws and your configured improperly or inefficiently. Start with the cloud and work your way in with each device as it connects to the next.

Have you tried plugging everything into a single switch or router and seeing it it works or not?

PS: You should consider switching to staticly assigned IPs as your have a set number of devices and you as the only administrator can keep track of what IP's your using.
