awesome..
Well then you can pick up those EK blocks, here:
EK Waterblocks - EK-FC280 GTX SLI - Acetal
that's a good price too.
The pumps, since your getting 2, I would not go with the res tops. That'll be expensive. I instead would go with a couple Db-1's.

The block I'd use for my Quad:

One thing I haven't mentioned is shrouds. It's best to use these. It cuts down on the noise a little, and helps performance of the rad. With these, there are no "dead spots: in air flow. If you use fans right next to each other, you'll notice in the middle where the fans meet there is little to no airflow. By pulling your hand back off the fans a little, you'll notice the air flow returns. That's basically the idea behind shrouds.

For my loop, I have a single Black Ice 240mm rad that does the job just fine with my quad and NB. You might be able to make it by with just a single 120 rad, but I personally have no experience with those, so I'll leave that open for someone else. Dual rad's perform very well though.

You could pick up a couple of these for res's. Or just add in a T-line and a plug for it, either way it's about the same thing.

Fans, personally I got some Yate's of Jab-tech for cheap. They are noticeable in noise, but they move a good amount of air.
If you want more movement then that, then you can get some panflows.

Tubing I'll leave up to you.
Might pick up a bottle of PT-nuke also.
Petra's Tech Shop

Think that covers it really..
