Yeah I've heard of people using buckets of ice water before. And I've even seen people mount the rad to an outside widow ledge.
If your going for extreme, look into a chiller like console said, or TEC unit. They are pricey, but your load temps are gonna be in the negatives.

For most of us though, water will cool down well enough.
