Building a New CPU, you mean a New Computer? cause you got the CPU/Processor in the last link there, so no need to build a CPU for the CPU...

Otherwise looks ok to me, though the CPU cooler does seem a bit pricey, depending on how much OCing your going to do, have no clue how well that one cools, but normally a cheaper $20-30 Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro does well for many.

Just Curious, what Vid card are you already running?
