Yes you could probably play on that laptop. And get maybe a steady 30fps if you put the graphics on low.

But dont take my word for that. Its a rough estimate based on what I know about the game and other graphics cards. In any case, you are not going to find a better graphics card unless you spend at least 200 pounds more so I say just stick with that. I checked all the lappys around the 300 to jsut over 400 mark and they all have graphics as good or crappier
