Im having problems installing Win98 on an a computer without an OS...i turn the computer on it trys to load windows 95 (which im guessing was on it before i got it) but then it goes back to the black screen saying the file vmm32.xvd is missing you may have to reinstall windows...

so eventally i find an setup disk an its Windows 98 so i put it in the drive an rebot the computer but it doesnt load the setup disk in the cd drive

THINKS YOU NEED TO KNOW

I dont know what letter the cd-rom drive is
When the computer boots it says the cd drive is there an installed
I dont have a floopy boot disk i thought you can just run it from the cd

Any Help Is appeciated
