Cisco 3550 SNMP question

We are a school system and have a Cisco 3550 router in each school on it's own domain. We have been getting SNMP alerts from one switch with the IP address from another 3550 on another domain. is there a specific place to look and determine what is causiing the alert?

Looks like this:

MANAGED OBJECT TYPE = Switches and Hubs
EVENT DESCRIPTION = HighUtilization::Component=PORT-10.41.10.1/159 [Fa6/48];OutputPacketRate=5700.196 PPS;Type=ETHERNETCSMACD;CurrentUtilization=93.5949 4 %;InputPacketRate=9494.658 PPS;TrafficRate=1.1699368E7 BYPS;UtilizationThreshold=90;DuplexMode=FULLDUPLEX ;MaxSpeed=100000000;
