Yeah, that Tesla card's been out for a while now, though one of the new ones should be coming out soon I read somewhere.
The Rackmount Tesla Servers are even more powerful, run at faster clocked speeds & have at least 2 cards per server, each I think is well over a TeraFlop, but their only clocked higher since it is a rackmount based server & usually have better cooling setups /air conditioning type units etc etc than a standard single card will.
the hardware is the same in the Servers & the Cards, but the cards are downclocked (neutered so to speak), due to cooling restrictions because of the design.
been looking at the Tesla servers & cards for quite some time now.
along with the QuadroPlex systems...
available in 2 styles.
NVIDIA Quadro Plex VCS – Advanced visualization and remote graphics
on the bright side the Tesla cards are probably cheaper than their Quadro FX counterparts...
but imagine this in your rig?
Quadro Plex 2100 D4
one of those has 2 9800GX2 based Quadro's, and from what I remember reading about these things is they can run SLI on a main system, so technically though its using 2 daughter cards in the PCIE slots on the host systems Mobo, its technically an 8 way SLI system (Quadro FX 4700x2/Geforce 9800GX2 x2 + 2 QuadroPlex systems, equals 8 G92 8800GTS/9800GTX level chips, but with a hell of a lot more RAM LOL 8GB total Video memory in an SLI setup

)
on a Related note, not to single ATI out of the equation...

add in they had these types of cards on the market for years now long before nvidia did.
BUT they include an output to connect a display unlike Nvidia's Tesla cards, so you can use it by itself & not need a Radeon or FireGL card to run along side it, also unlike Nvidia's solution.
