As long as the CPU's rating is equal or less than what the mobo supports, you shold be ok
Ok the PSU front, i'd opt for a better brand like Seasonic, Corsair, Enermax, Antec's newer stuff seems to be pretty good too. And you won't need a 1KW unless you get TWO 4870 X2's for a total of 4 GPU's.
On the GPU front, any reason you're opting for 2 4870's instead of a single 4870 X2?
