I am using the native resolution (1680x1050) and it has always been set to 60Hz so those are not the problem. The only explanation I can think of is the cheap vga cable but does anyone know if the stock cables that come with monitors are really that cheap and don't provide all the interference blocking? Or anyone have any other ideas?

More info - the wavy lines and shaking seems worse on sites that have a dark gray background (ex. espn.com where the sides are that dark color the screen seems the shake more) it's very strange...
