I would get the parts separate and get a better board.
CPU: Komplett.ie - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz Socket LGA775, 8MB, BOXED w/fan
Mobo: Komplett.ie - MSI P43 NEO-F, P43, Socket-775, DDR2, 1600FSB, ATX, ICH10, PCI-Ex(2.0)x16
Ram: Komplett.ie - OCZ nVIDIA SLI DDR2 PC6400 2048MB KIT, XTC, w/two 1024MB, CL4-4-4-15
Hard Drive (this one has a little more space and is faster): Komplett.ie - Western Digital Caviar SE16 640GB, SATA, 16MB Cache, 7200RPM
Graphics: Komplett.ie - Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3, PCI-Express 2.0, 2xDVI/HDMI/HDCP
I presume you are re-using your old PSU (which is sufficient). You might want to get a new case though so its easier to sell the old system.
If you are a gamer I suggest going for a faster dual core instead, which will beat the Q6600 in gaming. Its a little cheaper too. Komplett.ie - Intel Core⢠2 Duo E8400 3.0GHz, Socket LGA775, 6MB, 1333Mhz BOXED w/fan
