Firstly, that motherboard is an AMD motherboard. It will not work with that Q6600. Secondly, if you are not going to game, scrap the HD 4850. There is no point in that. 150 buys you a better processor and 4 gigs of ram which will come in handy.
This one below is if you hardly want to game at all. The motherboard supports onboard video.
CPU: Komplett.ie - Intel Core⢠2 Quad Q9400 2,66GHz, Socket 775, 6MB, 1333MHz, Boxed w/Fan
Motherboard: Komplett.ie - MSI G43M2-F, G45, Socket-775, DDR2, m-ATX, GbLAN, ICH10, PCI-Ex(2.0)x16
Ram: Komplett.ie - OCZ nVIDIA SLI DDR2 PC6400 4096MB KIT, XTC, w/two 2048MB, CL5-4-4-15
Either way, you want 4 gigs of ram. If you want to do a little bit of gaming, then get the Q6600 and get this card instead. Komplett.ie - Sapphire Radeon HD 4670 512MB GDDR3, PCI-Express 2.0, 2xDVI/HDMI/HDCP
