Why is it everytime I see a good wheel/tire package on Craigslist, I'm too broke to buy it?!

200 bucks for the nicer Durango rims with good tires, or I'd be happy with the 600 price tag on true custom rims with pretty new tires...not sure how I feel about polished aluminum though...that's a lot of maintenance in a state like this that loves to use de icers like salt in the winter.
