I installed an outlook add-in to get a job done, but now I don't need it anymore.

I uninstalled the outlook add-in via CP, but I get this annoying registry error message everytime i start it up teling me the software add-in has been removed. But when I try and remove the actual entry of this software in outlook, I get this:

How can I fix this?
