Pretty much how they were with me last time I called them... Actually they called me at 1 week late and asked "Why are you having so much trouble making payments?" To which I replied "You mean why did I forget to submit my payment in the last 7 days? I do not recall getting my monthly bill and thought I had till the 28th, not the 20th to pay it." To which they said that with the current economy they are being told to take no chances with credit...
