I'm with Rich, we really don't know anything except what AMD's told us.
I don't see why they are comparing there new cpu with the core 2, the i7 is out already why not put it up against that?!
Personally i don't really care for AMD's processors, i usually stick with intel, but what i'm more interested in is Are they releasing a new chipset for this CPU, and what this brings for ATI's graphics processor since AMD and ATI are joined.
Hoping to see something like the "HD 5870 X4"....just an idea.
On another note, the overclocking capabilities are not that different from the i7, someone posted that he OC'ed his i7 to 4ghz on aircooled easily.
