Screw 'em; take your business elsewhere then. Just do a balance transfer (watch out for a "balance transfer fee..FROM BOTH SIDES!!) and be done with them. I have zero tolerance for business' that don't respect me as a customer. Plenty of fish in the sea ya know!!
