Highly doubt it, i got a list of about 8 different settings from my ISP, that were essential to make sure they were correct. I only needed to chage one (forget which one now, but from 1435 to 1500), so the settings my ISP require seem to be in place, tried on the two routers i can gain access to the settings on anyway.
Strange thing is...If it IS a config problem...then why did my router suddenly stop working, and two more refuse to work either?
I used factory settings on my D-Link router...So it's no way a problem with default settings triggering something.
when i try to do a Setup wizard with my Netgear router, it comes up with:
"
The Wizard was unable to establish a connection.
Please check the DSL cable before continuing.
"
Which, obviously, is in. This seems to be the problem with all three routers, but the same cable works fine in the modem.
