The Rosewill PSUs are mostly OEM by ATNG/Coolmax, so they should be better than your typical bundled PSU which are generally made by bottom feeders like LCT. Hard to beat the bundled deal if 500W is adequate for your system (it is adequate for most) because of the free ship. I wouldn't buy the Antec Basiq line either as I know nothing about them. The EA500 would be the one I'd buy if I wanted to go unbundled, but that costs nearly as much as the whole Conqueror bundle.
