That says it all right there...
You simply dont know Who is making the PSU you get...
Ive seen The same model made by 2 obviously different manufacturers from them...
How many Rosewills have you actually bought/seen?
I've seen quite a few lately due to its looks and price and peoples lack of info on PSU's.
They trust Neweggs "home" brand will be good, so they get the bundle, or buy a model they think looks good...
I've only actually worked on 2 machines that had bad Rosewill PSU's, but that tells me they are generally mediocre at best.
And I'm not specifically saying they are all garbage...
But how are you going to know until its too late?
PSU's are too important in my opinion to just leave to chance...
Its worth saving your expensive hardware, by spending what usually amounts to only $30 to at most $50 more on a reliable PSU.

I personally would rethink that case and PSU altogether...
If your going to spend that much on a case, that ones kinda lame...
No tooless option, and its a little tacky, not to mention the door that will most likely become very annoying, if you have to use the optical drive very often...
Not to mention most of the Rosewill door hinges I've seen were pretty flimsy...

I would look at the Antec 300 and a Silverstone 400, or that Antec linked earlier...
Newegg.com - Rosewill R5717-P SL 120mm Fan ATX Mid Tower Computer Case,with mesh air filters,adjustable vents & Tool-Free kits - Computer Cases
Even this Rosewill is cheaper and has a totally tooless design
