Here is where I am at so far:

CPU - e8400 (combo discount with case)

MOBO - UD3R

Video Card - 9800GT

PSU - OCZ StealthStream 600W

Case - Antec 900 (combo discount with case)

All of this totals up to 480$ after rebates.

I'm likely going to do the BillMeLater feature so I pay in 3 months... assuming there's no hidden fees. Do you guys happen to know how the rebate process works if I pay 3 months later?

ShyGuy - why do you recommend the OCZ ModStream over the Stealthstream when they are both the same wattage? The stealthstream is 21$ cheaper after all rebates and promotion discounts.

I am now starting to look into RAM. I understand the two that I posted are good deals, but the one that is 5$ more is 1066 as opposed to 800 (1066 and 800 of what, I have no idea). I will just go with the one that is 5$ more incase I have to overclock. Is that fine or is there a better deal on RAM out there? Also, one guy said that if I get the second one that I will have to manually set the timings in BIOS since 1066 isn't normal timing settings and it may be hard for me - should I be worried about this?
