Hi everyone, My PC running windowsXP, has 19 virus infections, I think that one or more of them is responsible for the fact that I can not download and install stuff, like even adobe flashplayer, ect. Nothing. The error message says that the application is not a valid system or windows (I forget which) 32 ... something. I have called and e-mailed tech support at bitdefender and so far no luck. They have asked me to look things up, and in my travels I found some of the same names of the viruses listed in the scan box, in c;\programfiles and system32. What can I do?
