Turn of System Restore as it will save those nasties in your restore points.

Download CCleaner and run it with the default options...click 'run cleaner' at the bottom right when it opens...it will delete your temp/junk files (a lot of malware runs from temp folders and removing junk files will make your scan time shorter).
At the top right, click 'download latest version'.
Download CCleaner 2.15.815 - FileHippo.com

Definitely do a full scan with Malwarebytes...free download...make sure you update it before you scan.
