vass0922 is correct. I also downloaded the free version of Avira anti-virus at Download anti virus for Linux and Windows, anti spam, recovery software tools. Kinda don't trust Norton since it didn't catch the trojans to start with. Be sure that you run the malware, etc. from safe mode, as sometimes it won't get everything if you don't. Good luck.
