I'm looking to buy a new computer online, and I have a budget of about 650-700 dollars. It can either be custom built or pre-made, it doesn't really matter to me.

I don't really have much knowledge on the best deals and the best places to buy computers, so I need a bit of assistance.

Here's what I need:

A gaming computer that has these minimum specs.

2.5 GHz processor
1 Gigabyte RAM
A 128 MB Video Card, with support for Pixel Shader 2.0
