couple of Pre-built ones I found in that price range, good mid range GPU, good CPU's, & specs. just minus a Monitor. the Mice in both could be better, but at least they include a Keyboard & mouse with them. Newegg.com - $500 - $750, NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT, Desktop PCs, Desktop PCs, PCs & Laptops
personally I'd go for the Quad core. even more so since its cheaper. don't know why, the Quad system is generally more expensive, plus larger PSU, larger HDD, don't know why its $50 cheaper than the normally cheaper AMD X2 Dual core system...
as to parts list, some others can suggest some parts for the budget, have to take off in a bit here, get some sleep before work tomorrow. but figured I'd ask in that last post to get that out of the way.
