Ok i tried a few different channels but it did not improve it one bit (it now cuts out very frequently) so i changed it back, its now doing what it was before still :/
I know its not a problem with my routers as every other machine i use works flawlessly on wifi but my main gaming machine, surely its down to the wifi card or drivers?
