address book was located in my case:
F:\Documents and Settings\HP_Owner\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book
Messages at:
F:\Documents and Settings\HP_Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{6401E5A8-BACD-4DE0-82E3-03FA191A22DB}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
From New install of outlook express use import wizard for messages and address book.
