Remarkable Toubleshooting

After all this time, it's good to know what that problem was. Our nc6000's are all gone now, but I remember the problem well. After the 6th occurence, amid much skepticism, I had sent one back to HP along with a description and after three months, they said they had finally had the problem occur. But they never said what it was. You are some remarkably good troubleshooters and repairers.
