Integrated means its on the MOBO.
First, in windows change your driver to the generic VGA driver(it MIGHT automagically work without changing the driver, but safe is better than lucky).

Then you will have to go into your BIOS(F2 or Del at boot up) , to disable it. Once its disabled, you can open your box, install the video card, close your case, and boot. Install the drivers for your new card, enjoy your speed bump!
