Great stuff that is for free. One of my weekly processes is to run AdAware, CCleaner and SpyBot. Been doing it for a long time and with adequate virus scanner, I"ve never had a problem (knock on wood)!

I also set my browser to BLOCK ALL COOKIES and add sites as I need them.
