I'm back after a few days...and still no luck. I tried to reboot using the floppy disk as you instructed, but upon start-up, the computer told me to remove disk before continuing, even though it was the first in line after I set it that way in the BIOS. I also followed your instructions using Disk Management up to the point where I had to take action. It looked easy enough, but I definitely don't want to make the problem worse. Do you suggest I follow Disk Management or download and purchase Paragon PM9. I read the reviews, and it looks like a great product. Thanks!
