But i did JUST notice, i could swap places with my cd drive bay and my hdd bay and maybe beable to get satas to fit if i put the hd's at the bottom of the bay. | Wind Chill.
I dont like the look of your case and i think its overly flashy. The design might be good for some mobo's but thats the problem with these designs, they use one generic reference for where your CPU and potentially to the video card for side panel fans. I have yet to see any line up exactly the way it should be.
The problem with excessive airflow is that:
1) the most obvious problem is your going to have to clean the grills and interior from dust far more often then i care to clean my system.
2) the idea is to channel air to cool all parts of your case, with this open front, your not directing air in any fashion. This limits the cooling on your HD's and makes the cooling potential of your air in general far less.
3) the amounts of air your intaking and in turn exhausting means you can not put this in a limited space area. You effectively have made it only usable on a table without any restrictions for about a foot in any direction but down.
There is a point where pushing more air does nothing because it doesnt sit long enough over a heat source to actually cool anything. |
