Hello,

I'm building a new system based around an ASUS A7V333-Raid, mostly for mp3's, Digital Photography(Stills), Office, internet & warcraft 3.

I have to choose between Windows 2000 or XP(& I have 98Se & ME but had decided not to use these) . The only downside I can see with Xp is that my scanner is not & will not be supported with XP. OpticPro is not going to produce drivers for its older scanners.

What are the advantages of XP over 2000???
Will I also run into software problems with some of my older programs & XP??

What is your vote for my situation???
