to disable the front usb ports you will need to go into the device manager and somewhere near the bottom it will list usb controllers, you need to determine which ones are the front ones by disabling 1 at a time and testing each usb port at the same time to find out which one you have disabled and once you have disabled a front one leave it disabled and find the next one
