MS Access97 help - report or query?

I have created a dbase with Candidate Names, addresses, all types of details about experience and education from resumes. I would like to extract and print only those people with SAP experience. This column in the table has a "check box" that is checked when entering data in the form from the person's resume. It is so easy when entering data to tab and space over it. I looked up help on expressions and it is very limited. Is this the best way to set up the column in the first place? Maybe I can set up a query but I do not remember the expression to enter here either. Any help would be appreciated.
