My mother has been using Mozy for a year now, we really haven't had a chance to test it out fully because nothing has crashed/died. However with any service such as this, your upload speeds will determine how fast your backups are and if you have a lot of stuff, the initial backup will take a while. After that, with incremental or differentials shouldn't take that long at all.

How much do you need to backup?

Apparently google is coming out with something called Gdrive
