Outlook Express pop3 messages - need to put back UP on server.

I was configuring stupid O.E. to connect to my webmail account.

When I did, I told it to connect via POP3 - big mistake!
Apparently, doing this downloads the messages OFF of the webmail server to your PC and deletes them from the mail server.

This is a big problem for me.
It makes it so that I cannot see these messages anymore when I login from my browser (which is how I normally receive/send emails 99.9999% ).

Is there a way to take the messages that were downloaded to my PC by O.E. and put them back up onto my webmail account?
