Its ok, I'm just trying to make it easier for everyone to understand what you have right now. AFAIK here is the ram you've got Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-5300CL5D-4GBMQ - Desktop Memory
That ram will work with most any newer system out there so no you wouldn't really need to buy anything new.
So from the list of parts you have it looks like all you need is a motherboard, cpu and case. Sadly you probably could have kept the case you returned and used it with the new system, but thats ok.
edit: As KK said there really are several things that could be better, so yeah def. see what you can return w/o it costing you. Then we will have a better idea exactly what you need.
