Ok, so now that I'm sitting here thinking about it, couple questions.
1. Do you HAVE to spend the money now, or your just wanting to?
2. Say if you only spent 5 grand, could you keep the other 5?
3. probably just easier if you jump on the IM'er, I'm gonna drill you with questions..
